millennial MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
Academy M’s MILLENNIAL MENTORSHIP PROGRAM is designed to help Millennials who find it difficult to transition into high-performance adult roles in corporate America and everyday life. Millennials from the program are paired with successful professionals from corporate America, startup and various other career fields to learn better leadership skills, communication and performance enhancement techniques using Academy M’s C.L.I.C.K. methodology. All mentees and mentors go through a four-step evaluation class before being paired; which consist of various interviews, behavioral evaluations, and background checks. All mentorship development sessions are free, and each mentorship pairing lasts between three to six months depending on the goals set by the mentee and mentor.
Leadership Development
Our leadership development program, TL20, is designed to mentor and train young and experienced professionals in large enterprises, startups, institutions, and nonprofits on how to be generationally-fluid leaders in a digital era. The program's goal is to teach organizations how to create initiatives that engage, educate, and empower everyone to be the best versions of themselves in business and life.
